[09:06:34] I think that if we have sci-fi elements in our D&D setting, they should be unique relics of ancient empires and neigh-inaccessable. I kinda like the idea that an ancient iteration of wilden, millions of years ago, were created to destroy an advanced civilization that was murdering the world, and that there are about as many relics left as you would expect from a civilzation that was destroyed millions of years ago [09:06:46] Also the irony of talking about fantasy with obvious sci-fi elements in a channel called #Exalted. I kinda figure that now, pretty nuch every giant space robot's been torn apart for scrap so many times that all the pieces have been reforged into adamantium swords and all that [09:10:00] Well, I think in our world, the reason that science doesn't exist is because, by and large, there's not much need for it.
