[21:59:50] And it's not something I ever tried to find on purposes. It's more like I just ran out the clock and persevered until my mind was ready to interpret something as hopeful, and then it does. [22:00:40] Like, I started getting better in November, and the turning point for me was when I was watching an episode of Monk. [22:01:14] There's this character that's basically the comic relief, and in a moment of seriousness, Monk asks him how he can stand it, being the butt of jokes all the time. [22:03:13] And the guy, who is usually comic relief, said in all seriousness "Some people find their epiphany on top of a mountain. I found mine on the bumper of a burning car. You don't choose where you get epiphanies." [22:03:35] And it was almost like the TV show was letting me know it was okay to find my epiphany in it. [22:04:11] I'm not really one for "moments". [22:04:25] Now I don't think I've gotten myself completely out of it. I'm still a little down and trying to better myself. But it was weird how that was the turning point.
